Looking for an on-call nurse and someone to help out daily. We are a flexible family. I am due in June and would like someone that can be flexible/on-call to care for my son day or night when I go into labor. My son's name is Jaxon and he is 3 years old. He is a sweet, loving and easy going boy. He is medically complex and has a rare genetic condition.
Jaxon's Medical Needs
- Continous J-tube feeding during the night (start around 3:30p.m and feed until 11:00 a.m ish)
- Vest and inhaler treatment daily
- Medication administration
- G-tube vented to gravity
- Highflow machine and O2 monitored during sleep
- Daily vomit/retch episodes.
- Chronic constipation.
- Developmental delay (O.T, P.T, Speech, Feeding, Vision, Developmental)
- Vision loss (wears contacts and glasses)
- Profound hearing loss (has cochlear implants
- Does not walk and needs assistance with transfers and moving around.
- Daily bathing
- Skin care treatment (G-tube and eczema)
- Suctioning as needed
