Our daughter was born at 25 weeks. She has a trach, and is currently off the vent almost 24 hours! She also has a g-tube as well.
She is 2 years old. She just started sitting and is now starting to stand. She is very active so your shift will go by quickly! She also has hearing loss, and we are currently working on getting a BAHA hearing device.
She is a twin, so I need someone who can work independently as he goes to school M/W|F from 9am-12pm.
I also like to take her and her nurse out to the park, she also has a class Tues 1:30pm-3:30pm that you will accompany me(I will work with her and you can chart, relax, or read).
We’re currently with Aveanna, but willing to switch agencies for the right nurse.
We also know parking is tough on street cleaning days, but we do have an extra parking space you can use.
