The F.A.C.E.S. Project (Families Advocating for Care, Education, and Support) is Hello Nurze's newest program focused on increasing support for medically complex families. We are launching the #ConsiderTheShift initiative which is focused on increasing nursing student awareness of pediatric home health.

We’re thrilled to share that the Consider The Shift video is complete, and we’re officially launching beta testing with a select group of nursing schools across the U.S. and will be bringing the world of pediatric home health into nursing classrooms nationwide in 2026. This video‑based curriculum features real stories from medically complex families and the pediatric home health nurses who care for them. Our goal is to raise awareness of this underserved population and inspire nursing students to consider careers in pediatric home health.

In addition, we will be launching ConsiderTheShift.org to offer additional insights, resources, and FAQs about pediatric home health to nurses and nursing students who are interested in learning more.
