Trach Awareness Week 2026 Giveaway!

Instagram Giveaway Terms & Conditions:

1. Eligibility: This giveaway is open to individuals who are 18 years or older and reside in the United States of America. Employees, affiliates, or agents of Hello Nurze, Childhood Tracheostomy Alliance, and Superman Sam’s Survival Kit are not eligible to participate.

2. How to Enter: To enter the giveaway, participants must: ➡️Step 1) Follow @HelloNurze, @childhoodtracheostomyalliance AND @s3kits on Instagram ➡️Step 2) Tag one member of your trach village in the comments of the giveaway post Entries that do not comply with these steps will not be considered valid.

3. Giveaway Dates: The giveaway begins on May 17, 2026 and ends on May 23, 2026 at 8pm EST. Any entries submitted after the closing time will not be accepted.

4. Winner Selection: A total of 20 winners will be selected at random from all valid entries. The winners will be chosen in a random drawing and will be notified via direct message (DM) on Instagram.

5. Winner Notification and Announcement: Winners will be contacted through Instagram DM on May 25, 2026. If a winner does not respond within 48 hours of being contacted, the prize may be forfeited and another winner will be selected. Winners will also be announced in a follow-up post on @ChildhoodTracheostomyAlliance, @HelloNurze, AND @S3Kits instagram accounts.

6. Prize Details: Each of the 20 winners will receive a FREE adult size trach week shirt. No substitutions or exchanges will be made unless agreed upon by Hello Nurze, Childhood Tracheostomy Alliance, and Superman Sam’s Survival Kit.

7. Reward Reclamation HN/S3K/CTA team will reach out to notify them that they have one & will announce the winners on social. Winners will be asked to complete an order fulfillment form – required info: First Name, Last Name, Instagram Handle, email address, physical mailing address.

8. General Terms: This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram. By entering, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Hello Nurze, Childhood Tracheostomy Alliance, and Superman Sam’s Survival Kit reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be violating the rules or engaging in fraudulent activity.

By entering, participants consent to the use of their name and/or Instagram handle for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

9. Limitations of Liability: By participating in this giveaway, participants agree to release and hold harmless Hello Nurze, Childhood Tracheostomy Alliance, and Superman Sam’s Survival Kit, Instagram, and their respective affiliates, partners, and agents from any liability, loss, or injury resulting from participation in this giveaway or the acceptance of any prize.

10. Governing Law: This giveaway is governed by the laws of Colorado/United States.
