We are seeking a compassionate and skilled nurse to help care for our 6-month-old baby with a tracheostomy and G-tube dependence. Responsibilities include: * Providing daily care and monitoring * Administering medications as prescribed * Assisting with feeding via G-tube * Assisting with trach care and changes * Sterile suctioning of trach * Accompanying to and supporting during medical appointments * Charting and maintaining accurate care records * Cleaning and organizing medical supplies Qualifications: * Licensed RN or LPN (experience with pediatric trach and G-tube care strongly preferred) * Reliable, detail-oriented, and caring * Comfortable working closely with family in a home setting This is a meaningful opportunity to support a loving family and provide essential care for a medically complex infant.
