About Hello Nurze
Hello Nurze is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit offering FREE resources, including the Connection Hub on HelloNurze.com and The F.A.C.E.S. Project. It was created to empower medically complex families and individuals during their search for in-home nursing and to raise awareness of the pediatric home health nursing shortage crisis. Founded in 2023 by a family after they personally struggled to find adequate in-home nursing care for their medically complex daughter.
Our Mission
To empower medically complex families to connect with nurses in their communities, raise awareness of pediatric home health and the devastating nursing shortage crisis, and strengthen the pediatric home health workforce nationwide.
Note: “Medically complex” is a term used when a child or other individual has a medical condition (in some cases multiple conditions) that require ongoing specialized care. The condition can vary from rare illnesses, to premature birth, and even incidents involving some sort of physical trauma.
Our Purpose
To shift the trajectory of the home health industry by creating a digital destination to empower medically complex families, add transparency for nurses, and create meaningful connections to drive retention and increase workforce numbers within home health.
