Hello Nurze is excited to announce our newest program: The F.A.C.E.S. Project (Families Advocating for Care, Education, and Support). This program aims to support the needs of medically complex families by increasing nursing student awareness of pediatric home health opportunities.

Our first video, Consider The Shift, is complete. We’re piloting a video‑based curriculum with a select group of U.S. nursing schools ahead of a nationwide classroom rollout in 2026. The curriculum features real stories from medically complex families and the pediatric home health nurses who care for them. Our goal is to spotlight this underserved population and inspire more students to choose pediatric home health.

We’ll also launch ConsiderTheShift.org, a companion tool offering insights, resources, and FAQs for nurses and nursing students who want to learn more.
