My name is Crissy M.​,​ BSN​,​ RN. I am a registered nurse licensed in both Illinois and Wisconsin with over ten years of experience in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) and Pediatric Private Duty Nursing. I specialize in caring for pediatric patients with complex medical needs and supporting families through the transition from hospital to home. I have extensive experience managing conditions such as tracheostomies​,​ mechanical ventilation​,​ G​/​J-tube care​,​ and seizure disorders. I am currently in the process of obtaining ventilator certification​,​ as required by the state of Wisconsin. Through both professional and personal experience​,​ I provide compassionate​,​ skilled​,​ and family-centered nursing care tailored to each child’s unique needs. Availability & Flexibility I am available for night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM​,​ Sunday through Wednesday​,​ or day shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM​,​ Monday through Thursday. I am often willing to pick up additional hours to help support families and provide them with additional family time.
