We are a loving family looking for a kind, compassionate nurse to care for our sweet girl, Brooklyn, during weekday hours and every other weekend. Preferably 7:30-5:30. Brooklyn is the happiest, most fun-loving little girl. She has the biggest smile and truly lights up the room. She loves music, snuggles, and interacting with the people around her. She has a G-tube, cerebral palsy and seizures mostly controlled on medications, so we’re looking for someone comfortable with skilled pediatric care. We are currently working with Maxim Home Health in Fort Collins to find nurses, but we’re hoping to find nurses who want to be consistent and truly become part of our team. Brooklyn is a happy, active little girl who loves being engaged and involved. She participates in therapy 1–2 times a day and does so well when she has someone encouraging and interactive with her.
