We are looking for some extra help with our family! Our little boy Baker is 5 years old. He has three brothers, one being his twin. He is both g-tube and ventilator dependent. Baker got his trach when he was 5 months old, and was in the hospital the first 2+ years of his life. He has had many surgeries, and overcame so many things! We have been home over 3 years now, and Baker has made so much progress! We are looking for someone to help during the day this summer 1-2x​/​week. We are very flexible with hours, needing only occasional evenings and​/​or weekends. In the fall we will be looking for help 3x a week to help Baker attend school, physical therapy and speech therapy. Baker’s hobbies: • Reading books • Singing nursery rhymes and songs • Working hard with PT, OT and Speech Therapy • Going for walks, and playing with his brothers Baker’s needs: • Feeds throughout the day • Medications • Therapies Baker wants someone… • With hands-on trach​/​vent experience • CPR certified • Non-smoker • Who is excited to help him reach his goals! • With child care experience
